Start placing your feet around the foot prints on the step board, tune body to one side and then touch down your back knee on step board. Hold handle all way to the top with near hand. At an easy pace, stretch and push handle from back to front like a baseball throwing motion, and then pull handle back from front like pulling a fishing rod. Mirror exercise on other side, to complete a balanced workout.
