Place your feet around the foot prints on the step board. Slightly bend knees and start creating a rocking motion with hands holding handle back to side, and then rocking the whole body to other side with both hands lock straight on the handle, twisting your torso and swing the handle out front to the other side. Keep eyes on handle to ensure a full torso twist. Mirror the same action to the opposite side to continue the Figure-8 exercise circulation.
