The Easy Rock motion is a fantastic basic level exercise. Start by placing your feet around the foot prints on step board. Slightly bend knees, while holding handle near center of chest. Relax your body, from head to toe. Then start creating a rocking motion, side to side. This motion can be achieved by pushing one hand, as the other hand pulls. The same motion can be modified by appling more push and less pull or more pull and less push. Use as a warm up, full exercise, or cool down. 

 

  • Set the cylinder scale 1 to 4 depending on your strength level need.

  • 15° to 30° wide span/25 to 35 RPM or follow any music pace as you like.

  • 2 to 5 minutes to warm up or cool down.

  • Deltoid

  • Biceps

  • Triceps

  • Obliques

  • Quads

  • Hamstrings
